Data we collect

- Message content and session preferences from the contact form
- Journal materials and related notes you send for a booked session

We do not ask for broker passwords, payment card numbers through this site, or special-category data unrelated to delivering the session.

Retention
Enquiry emails without a booking are typically retained for up to 24 months. Session materials and briefs are retained for up to 36 months after the final session unless a longer period is required for legal claims or accounting. You may request earlier deletion where law allows; we will confirm what we can remove.
Sharing
We use service providers who process data on our instructions (for example, email hosting). We do not sell personal data. We may disclose information where required by law or to protect legal rights.
International transfers
If a processor stores data outside the United Kingdom, we use appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or adequacy regulations where applicable.
