Terms of use
Acceptance
By accessing datafabricgrid.digital or booking a session with Datafabric Grid, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or our services.
Who we are
Datafabric Grid provides event-driven trading journal analysis and related advisory sessions. Our office is at Level 11, 69 Albion Street, Leeds LS1 5AP. Contact: contact@datafabricgrid.digital · +44 113 555 4300.
Services described on this site
Session descriptions, fees, and examples are informational. A binding engagement begins only when we confirm a booking in writing (email is sufficient) and, where required, a deposit is received. We do not execute trades, manage capital, or provide regulated investment advice aimed at recommending specific financial instruments.
Intellectual property
Site content, method descriptions, and written briefs we produce remain our intellectual property unless a written agreement states otherwise. You retain ownership of your journal materials. You may keep and use the brief we deliver for your personal trading practice; you may not republish it as a product or training course.
Client materials
You warrant that materials you send are yours to share and do not unlawfully disclose third-party confidential information. We handle journal materials as confidential business information under our Privacy Policy.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law applicable in England and Wales, Datafabric Grid is not liable for trading losses, missed market opportunities, or decisions you make after a session. Our aggregate liability arising from any confirmed engagement is limited to the fees you paid for that engagement. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liability that cannot be limited by law.
No warranties on outcomes
Past client stories describe individual experiences. They are not a promise of similar results. Markets change; your discipline is yours to maintain.
Site use
Do not misuse the site (attempted intrusion, scraping that impairs service, or submission of malicious content). We may suspend access where abuse is reasonably suspected.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply if you are a consumer in the United Kingdom.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of material changes for future engagements.
